James and Jami are both lovely guys, very easy to work with before the event and on the day, completely self-sufficient and set up with no fuss. As for the gig - two great sets of floor fillers! These guys read the room and play to it, even playing long over our agreed time as the guests were all enjoying it so much. Such character and personality in their performance. The amount of great feedback we received about the band said it all, even the events manager at the venue said they were the best band she'd seen there. Our party was a 30 person private Meal, The Mash Ups suggested they start singing as desserts came out and carry on that way. All of the band members were insane, loved the saxophonist and the vocalist was super vibes! The only thing I’d recommend would be to mention if you have any requests before the gig as they didn’t take any requests during the evening...”“We had the most amazing evening on our townhall wedding!
