“Electrik Live are the most incredible band any wedding or party could hope for. All of our guests were blown away by their talent, which they all still talk about months on from our wedding. They managed to play throughout our hour-long canapés and for four further hours after at our reception party, as well as the piano for our wedding ceremony. The team are the most lovely people to work with...”“Electrik Live are the most incredible band any wedding or party could hope for. All of our guests were blown away by their talent, which they all still talk about months on from our wedding. They managed to play throughout our hour-long canapés and for four further hours after at our reception party, as well as the piano for our wedding ceremony. The team are the most lovely people to work with, and very accommodating by learning specially selected songs - even though we ended up changing our first dance song last minute! They ranged from pop, jazz, Motown to rock - and even ended up freestyling an amazing funky beat when our MC called the guests up to the front for a photograph. Individually, the band members are all unbelievably talented. I fully recommend getting the full works, including the saxophonist whose singing and playing are unparalleled. Simon even played the bass until his fingers were bleeding! Vocals were breathtaking - and could easily range from Etta James to Jamiroquai. I’ve had the pleasure of seeing Funxion 5 play at a few events, and their ability to tailor their music to individual events is wonderful - from soft background music to getting everybody dancing the whole night. I cannot praise the band highly enough - we’re so thankful to them for making our special day even more unforgettable as well as for our 200 guests.” Read more
