Many artists will need less time than this, for example a classical guitarist will take around 30 minutes to set-up.

Following their performances, packing away can take anywhere between 15 and 60 minutes.

Most wedding ceremony musicians need:

a secure, lockable changing room
sturdy, armless chairs for acoustic musicians
a dedicated, suitably-sized, safe, dry, flat performance area or stage
if they have agreed to perform outside, your musicians will need shelter from the elements
