Most popular choices: Our most-booked bands for parties are 4-piece bands, with customers spending an average of £1750 in 2026, including travel costs. The most popular package includes two hours of live music, usually split into 2 x 1 hour or 3 x 40 minute sets.

When to book: Customers book an average of 9 months before their party, but for peak summer Saturdays, December events and New Year’s Eve celebrations, we recommend enquiring around a year to 18 months ahead for the widest choice.

Venue planning: A typical 4-piece band needs approximately 4 x 3 metres of clear performance space. Also check if your venue has a sound limiter, parking, and any special curfew time before confirming your act.

Packages & Upgrade Options

A standard evening party package will usually include the live performance, a PA system, basic stage lighting, and recorded music between performances. Many bands also offer flexible upgrades, including acoustic performances for garden parties or afternoon celebrations, a manned DJ service, larger line-ups with saxophone or brass, additional musicians, early setup or a later finish.
