“The sonics were absolutely INCREDIBLE at our wedding. We absolutely loved them, they had the dancefloor going all night which is all we could have wanted. All our guests were amazed at how brilliant they were. From our first dance to the last dance and everything in between they were incredible. Tom was absolutely phenomenal at working the crowd and getting everyone to party! Would recommend them to anyone!”

“Wow! What can we say – The Sonics were AMAZING! They got people up on the dance floor that I had never seen dance before – and kept them there! The communication with Tom prior to the wedding was faultless and nothing was too much trouble – even managing to find Take That as a request for the final song and then joining in with the dance routine. Tom and the rest of the band were friendly, yet professional and are born entertainers. All of our guests loved them – no matter how young or old - and we are so, so happy and eternally grateful that we booked them. Thank you once again – you really were amazing! Mr and Mrs Ball.”

If you’re looking to add that little bit extra to your event book these guys, they kicked off my sons wedding with a bang and our guests loved them, they give 100% and sound incredible. “These guys are simply the best! From the initial Zoom call with Tom, in which he came across as caring, calm and professional, the whole set up with The Sonics is first class. They 'drifted' into the wedding venue with minimum fuss, set up whilst speeches were going on with no disturbance, then the fun started! The videos on YouTube (which are excellent) don't do Tom and the guys justice. They are fantastic! Great repertoire and they all get involved. Everyone said they were the best wedding band they had ever seen. Book The Sonics for your event and you won't regret it. They are brilliant.”

“I don't even know where to begin. The Sonics were absolutely amazing at our wedding and exceeded all our expectations. We have had so many compliments from our guests saying how good the band were, they played such a range of songs to get everyone on the dance floor. You know your band are smashing it when your guests are asking you when the band is coming back on during their set breaks. They have such an energy when performing and Tom's vocals were something else, we didn't want the night to end! We didn't give a list of songs for The Sonics to play we just let them read the room which they did brilliantly. Thank you The Sonics, we wish we could do it all again! Holly & Nick”

“We spent some time searching through different bands but as soon as we listened to The Sonics we knew we had to book them. The reviews were already incredible, and they live up to the comments that people make. This is why I am taking the time to write this review because they really are fantastic. They arrived on time and set up discretely. My wife loved the little touches they added, such as including her name in some lyrics in different songs. They performed our first dance song beautifully and then the dance floor was full for each and every set. Many guests asked who they were and where we found them, saying they would recommend The Sonics for any future events. Our venue host was very impressed with their punctuality and professionalism, also their performance! She said she would like to add them to their list of recommended suppliers for future couples. The variety of songs from different decades worked for guests of all ages, but without being cheesy (like some old-fashioned DJs). We honestly couldn't recommend these guys enough, we were so happy with how amazing they were on our special day. A huge thank you to the lovely guys of The Sonics!”

“We booked the Sonics for our wedding nr Chichester, and have to say they smashed it out of the park!! As well as a genuinely fantastic sound, the band judged the room perfectly and quickly had everyone up and dancing, for the whole of their two, hour-long sets. As well as being great musicians, the whole band had a really strong stage presence and knew how to entertain and keep the party going. They were super-professional, punctual, responsive and easy to deal with, and were completely dedicated to making sure everyone had a great time. Apropos, a top tip: give the band a suggested track or two by all means, but leave the overall set to them and you won't be disappointed. These guys know what they are doing and when to crank up the volume. And finally...their lead singer, Tom.....wow what a voice !! Even if you don't like soul (and if not, why not?!) you have to get the Sonics to play the James Brown number "I Got You (I Feel Good)"....a totally five star performance.”
