“I have had the pleasure of seeing The Low down 4 times now - when booking them nearly 2 years ago, I found out they were doing a jubilee fete so saw them there - electric atmosphere. Then they played my friends wedding as she coincidentally booked them - again the guests LOVED them. From that, my colleagues booked them for our Christmas party and were all saying how lucky I was to have them playing for my wedding Aug 23. They were once again phenomenal - dance floor was PACKED all night. Guests are still raving about them and they are just a lovely group of guys - so professional and quick to reply when contacted. Fingers crossed our paths cross again soon!”

“Firstly the communication with the band was amazing, from talking about feeding them to making sure the songs would match the feel of the night. Josh and his bandmates smashed it. the first dance song was perfect. exactly what we wanted and the mix of some classic 80/90's songs with more modern songs was perfect. I think the dance floor was filled from start to finish. they even were able to play our playlist in-between sets. the guys were nothing but professional, and I kept getting great comments from the wedding guests about the band. over all was a great day helped by these guys. would recommend booking them if you're on the fence about it. If I need a band in future I would defiantly be looking to book them again.”

“We cannot thank Josh and the band enough for their adaptability and exceptional performance. We had Josh for the daytime for ceremony music and drinks reception, which was a little chaotic due to last minute change of plans due to weather. Josh took it in his stride and made the ceremony and reception brighter than the weather. The full band for the evening were excellent, and we've had so much great feedback on the sets. "You couldn't get a better band for a bunch of alt-millennials like us" was a quote that really summed it up. We've given your contact details to others who will be getting married soon so hope we get to experience it again. Josh was excellent in the run up and was really thorough - even helped with a first dance song that we were very indecisive on. Thanks again!”

“These guys are exceptional. So friendly, so talented and so much fun. We went for a less traditional song for our first dance - the baywatch theme. It was perfect, the band was amazing, and everyone got on the dance floor immediately...... and they never left. We danced and sang non stop, and the band were fantastic! Full of energy, great set list and just the absolute best evening and end to our wedding. Everyone loved them and I genuinely couldn't recommend them more. “We decided to book the low down based only on the website reviews as our guide. I am so pleased we did! The band were professional and really respectful to our guests and individual requirements. Great communication before the day from Alive Network and Josh from the band to make sure we were all happy even when our venue had to change. The sound was great and they played a variety of songs that were just what we wanted. A genuinely lovely group of guys who tried their best to make our wedding extra special. Our guests gave us plenty of compliments about the music and we will definitely be looking out for a chance to hear them again. 100% would recommend ”

“This band were recommended to us by the owners of a venue in East Sussex. We didn't pick the venue but we booked the band and they certainly didn't disappoint. The Low Down played our first dance that we requested, and their set up and pack-up was a slick affair that didn't intrude on the party at all. Moreover, they played fantastic music and had all the guests dancing; they judged our vibe and the feeling of the room perfectly and made our evening. For the past week our guests have been commenting on what a fantastic band they were and I cannot speak more highly of them.”
