“We are so pleased that we booked The Livewires for our Wedding night do. They were superb! The standard of music was brilliant; guests were complimenting us on the band, asking where we found them and telling us how good they were. People were up dancing all night and they responded to that with their energetic set and crowd pleasers (such as Mr Brightside, which everyone sang and jumped around to!!) To add to that, the band were so friendly and professional, setting up without any disruption and chatting to our guests at the end of the night. All this added to our day being wonderful. “Having a band at my wedding was a really important element of the day for me. Rebecca at Alive Network rang me and was really helpful in talking me through some of the bands and giving me her honest thoughts which helped us make our selection. We were contacted by Alive Network and the band a couple of weeks before the wedding to make sure everything was in order. Live Wires arrived on time, set up with no fuss and put on an absolutely first class performance. I can truly not thank them enough, they way exceeded our expectations, fantastic vocals and so many people commented on how good they are. The lads were really friendly, looked very professional in their red logo’d shirts and very kindly extended the DJ session by an extra 30 mins. I would highly recommend this band and Alive Network to anybody who wants to ensure really great, very unforgettable wedding day!”

“Live Wires were great, the lads were prompt, set up without any fuss (I didn’t even know they’d arrived!!), did two great sets and sorted the DJ stuff in between. I had an opportunity to chat to them between sets having a fag outside, they came across as a good bunch of lads. From my (hazy) recollection, the dance floor was full all night, and a number of people have commented how good the band were. Thank you! ”

“Please pass on our thanks to the guys from Live Wires. They went down a storm – we’re still getting comments from the guests on how great they sounded. They learnt a song specifically for our first dance and they performed it brilliantly. I’d happily recommend them to anyone (and have done so!). Very professional and definitely had everyone wanting more! Also thanks to you and everyone at Alive Network for making the booking so effortless (which is exactly what we needed with the chaos of planning a wedding!) Thanks once again Rob ”

“David and I were delighted with Live Wires and their performance and can't compliment them enough. The band and DJ were extremely professional, courteous and very talented - we couldn't have hoped for anyone better! The fact that the dance floor was packed the entire time was testament to the band's success, and they even managed to please my new father in law with some Status Quo! We have had many comments from our guests complimenting us on the choice of entertainment, with the most common description being "fantastic". “Alive Network gives you the piece of mind that you need when organising a wedding. Give them your budget and requirements, listen to examples of tracks bands play online and make your choice - what a fantastic way to deal with it all, it cuts out the middle man! Clare Kimble was really helpful, as was Richard Hearn. We cannot thank them enough for making the wedding reception go off with a bang! As for Live Wires - wow, we didnt expect it! They played our wedding song acoustically for us, when it wasnt on the original play list and the interaction with the guests was first rate! Recommend to anyone 100%. Thanks once again.
