“Groove City performed at our wedding reception last weekend. They exceeded our highest expectations. It was very important to use to have a fun band to ensure the dance floor was full the entire night. Groove City did just that. They contacted us prior to the event and we were able to choose songs from their set list that we wanted to hear. Their set list was expansive and covered many different genres to keep everyone happy & dancing. They also learned 3 songs for us! Which we felt was above and beyond. We received so many compliments from guests for how great they are. We highly recommend hiring them for your next event - you won’t be disappointed!”

“Groove City were amazing, throughout the whole process but importantly on the night. Jonny was great in communicating in the build up to our wedding and very easy to work with in finalising details. On the night, the band were constantly professional and pleasant. And the music was amazing. Perfect mix of songs which set a really good vibe for our evening - and the energy and quality of the music was incredible. So many of our guests came up to us to say how impressed they were. Live music is a great feature at a wedding and Groove City really stand out. Thank you!”

“We had been lucky enough to have seen Groove City prior to our wedding at a corporate event so we knew what we were getting, but we were still blown away with how great the band was on the night and had nothing but compliments from all the guests. The band were professional and a joy to deal with and the communication was always great so there was no stress or worry leading up to the big day and even on the day, the band turned up on time, set up and kicked arse! The song they learnt for our first dance was amazing too, it sounded perfect and really made it that much more special. If you book this band you have to at least get the sax, having some brass there changes the mood and along with the vocals from both male and female, there isn't a song they can't do well!”

“We had the acoustic band for during the day and the 6 piece band for the evening. We are big music fans so spent a lot of time choosing the band. They are extremely talented musicians and the music was incredible. I can not reccomend this band enough! So many of our guests said how brilliant the band was and the dance floor was full all evening. They really brought the party and we had so much fun celebrating with them. Such a great play list! They were really helpful over email before the wedding and were willing to learn new songs. Thank you so much for making our day so special!”
