Full Biography
Your wedding should be one of the best days of your life. Weddings take a lot of time to organise and (hopefully) you’ll only ever have one of them, so it’s important to get it right. However, no matter how much you prepare for your big day things can go wrong.
The manager of your venue could be having a bad day and let everything overrun. Your DJ or photographer may get stuck in traffic or a Wedding Toastmaster that you’ve hired could completely misjudge the style of your wedding and create an uncomfortable vibe for you and your guests.
Kevin will make sure you have the wedding that you want. He’ll have a detailed consultation with you beforehand to get completely clear on how you want the schedule to run. His varied experience spans event management and five different business (which he built and sold), meaning he will make sure things run smoothly behind the scene, without you having to worry about a thing.
Most importantly he’ll customise his style depending on what would best suit you and your wedding. Ranging from straight/traditional through to fun/quirky, Kevin’s main aim is always making sure his clients get the Wedding Toastmaster service they’re looking for.
Organisation
Kevin has hosted over 800 events, including a mix of weddings, family events and corporate work. Before he became a Toastmaster he ran an events management company, where he oversaw the management of 300+ large scale events, making him more than experienced to run your wedding is exactly how you want.
Back-up Plans
One of the key things that can go wrong at a wedding is a key supplier failing to arrive. This is normally because of illness/injury, being stuck in traffic or because they’ve received a more lucrative booking at last minute. When this happens your Toastmaster is presented with a choice. He/she can do nothing and complain about what has happened or they can roll their sleeves up and jump into action.
Kevin will jump into action, every time. He will deal with any emergencies that arise at your wedding and he can act as your back-up photographer, videographer and even DJ (for an additional fee).
Kevin ran an events management company for 4 years during which he managed a range of events from small private parties to large corporate award functions. With this experience under his belt (not to mention the hundreds of weddings he has attended) he’ll will do everything he can to resolve difficult situations if and when they arise.
Entertainment
If your schedule runs ahead of time then you may be presented with long gaps at your wedding where nothing happens. You may have guests who haven’t met each other before and they’re finding it hard to connect. In both cases Kevin can help. At your request Kevin will entertain your guests with a range of entertaining games. These will not only entertain your guests but they will also bring people together through team work and laughter. Kevin is happy to play games at tables or with your entire audience.
