Full Biography
Beginning his journey into magic at the age of 9 and with David Blaine capturing his imagination, Sam Holt has been wowing audiences professionally for well over a decade! Performing modern, mind blowing, commercial close-up magic that really connects with and engages the audience.
“It's all about a normal looking guy doing crazy things with normal, everyday objects and situations.”
Utilising effects such as smoke, fire or even commonplace objects such as rings, watches or money. Channelling elements from the best entertainers in the business, the raw edge of Dynamo or David Blaine mixed effortlessly with the sophistication of Derren Brown organically weaving mix and mingle performance with mind blowing sleight of hand.
Adapting his approach for each group he approaches, observing and matching his vibe to gain the best reaction. Polite and social, his tricks and magic are second nature to him so he can focus on entertainment and the engagement of audiences, something that is often overlooked by many entertainers. Sam prioritises a casual but captivating approach, which avoids the forced nature that can sometimes be linked with acts of his type.
Sam Holt prides himself on his event planning and works closely with his clients to ensure his tone and delivery is absolutely perfect.
