Playback Collective is a highly experienced and talented Midlands-based band, made up of five exceptional musicians: female vocals, male vocals/lead guitar, bass, drums, and keys. When required, they can expand their lineup with two additional brass players to create an even bigger sound.
Covering everything from pop to rock, funk to soul, blues to rock 'n' roll, Playback Collective brings to life some of the greatest hits from the past sixty years. With years of experience performing across the UK and Europe, they are equally at home in intimate venues, large halls, prestigious hotels, festivals, arenas, and even stadiums.
With both male and female lead vocals, the band offers a diverse and engaging range of song choices. Every instrument is played live, creating an authentic and dynamic performance. Their love for performing together is evident on stage and felt by their audiences, generating an electric atmosphere that makes every event truly memorable. The singers and musicians of Playback Collective are dedicated to delivering fantastic music with high-quality vocals. Their extensive repertoire spans multiple decades, allowing them to tailor performances to a specific era if desired, ensuring each event is unique and unforgettable.
For weddings and more intimate occasions, Playback Collective also offers an acoustic duo or trio option—featuring male and female vocals with guitar and keys—for daytime sets, followed by the full band lineup in the evening for a complete celebration.
Each member of Playback Collective brings extensive professional experience, having performed at concerts, West End theatre productions, festivals, and corporate events. Their passion and expertise ensure a first-class musical experience for any event.
